Blue Lips Foundation is committed to transparency in all facets of our organization. We understand and believe that financial transparency preserves the public trust and confidence each contributor places in us. We embrace the values of accountability as a public benefit corporation.
As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, we are required to make available to the public informational returns and our application for tax-exemption. Our commitment to transparency extends beyond the obligatory IRS submissions – and includes disclosure of all available public filings and other governing documents in place to guide the mission of Blue Lips.
